1. Reservation Confirmation • A booking is considered confirmed once the guest receives a written confirmation via email or booking platform. • By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions. 2. Payment • Prepayment of 30% must be made within 24h of making a reservation. The full amount must be paid 14 days before arrival. • For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. • If the booking is cancelled 13 days or fewer before the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. 4. Changes to Booking • Any change in reservation dates or guest number is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before arrival. 5. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: from 15:00 until 20:00 (Please inform us about approx. time of arrival) • Check-out: from 8:00 until 10:00. 6. House Rules • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. • Pets are not allowed • Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. • Quiet time is between 23:00-7:00 • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. 7. • Liability •  The property is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of their belongings involving guest vehicles.
